FAFO Fam,
After a brief hiatus we are back!
We planned for no Monthly FAFO workouts in March and April because of our annual online competition... we ended up missing May because I took on a massive renovation and that put all my stuff in storage. But now we are back!!!
Without further ado , June's special edition tee.... introducing FAFO Battleship tee!

Here is what you need to know.
Do this workout ....
Make an instagram post showing yourself doing the workout.
Collaborate with us on instagram
There is no charge to enter !!! You are autmatically entered with your collaboration.
At the end of the month we will pick a winner at random from the folks who have collaborated with us on instagram doing the workout.

Battleship:
Required Equipment
Pistol
Rower
Complete the following:
Sink all the ships by hitting each ship outline the appropriate number of times.
Earn 2 pistol shots for every 10 cals rowed.
Target:
Pistol Target Distance = 10 yrds (30ft)
Loudout:
As desired.
Firing Position:
Free standing / no support = Pistol
Setup:
Place targets FAFO Battleship Target downrange stapled at shoulder height
Measure from targets up-range 30ft --> Mark firing line.
Place rower behind firing line.
Set rower to "intervals" --> "cals" 10 ... with "undefined rest"
Set your pistol at the firing line (can be on box or table).
Instructions:
Athlete starts sitting on rower.
On go, athlete accumuates 10 cals (male and female are the same = 10 cals)
Once 10 cals are accumulated, athlete fires 2 shots at any of the ship outlines.
Place pistol down
Raise hands and announce clear.
**No clearing procedure is required for this workout.
Process repeats as many times as needed to sink all ships.
Time shops and workout is over when all ship are sank.
Scoring:
Total time to sink all ships.
