How FAFO Works
3 simple steps
Step 1: Watch OFFICIAL FAFO Workout Videos

Official FAFO workout written description, video announcements, and sample videos are sent directly to registered competitors via email. Emails are sent at specified dates and times stated in the registration details.
​
Additionally, redundant information will be posted to FitnessandFirearmsONLINE.com following workout release.
​
*Workouts details are released THURSDAYS 7am EST.
*Workouts will not be visible prior to specified release dates.
​

Step 2: Perform and record workouts
​
Follow workout instructions for recording instructions and workout details. ​
​
Any videos submitted that do not follow the official FAFO instructions will be rejected.
ex. Videos must be continuous from start to finish.
​
​
Step 3: Upload Videos and Submit Scores.
​
Competitors have a window of time, THURSDAY 7am - TUESDAY 7pm to perform, record, upload and submit their workouts.
​
Competitors MUST UPLOAD videos to their OWN PERSONAL YOUTUBE CHANNEL and submit video URL's along with their scores by TUESDAY 7PM to be validated.

How You Win
Everyone Who Registers and Competes Can Win!
Divisional place winners receive trophies and prize packs separate from The FAFO Prize Table.

FAFO Prize table is a Prize Pool.
What is The Prize Pool?​
​
All prizes, including the grand prize are collected into the FAFO Prize Pool. All items in the prize pool are raffled off at the FAFO Watch Party/Trophy Presentation.
​
The FAFO Watch Party/Trophy Presentation is a virtual event held the Wednesday following each event.
​

Anyone Can Win!
​
Any competitor can win any prize, including the Grand Prize in the FAFO prize pool, regardless of their placing in the competition.
​
To be eligible a competitor must submit all scores and associated videos within stated deadlines. If a competitor fails to submit their scores and videos on time they forfeit their FAFO prize pool drawing eligibility.

Each Competitor Starts with a Single Drawing Entry​
​​
Everyone who registers will automatically receive a single entry into the FAFO prize pool. Competitors can earn additional performance entries by placing top 3 in individual workouts and overall competition standings.
​
Following the completion of the competition all prize pool prizes are drawn during the FAFO Watch Party Trophy Presentation.
